b. Platform Data (Instagram/Facebook)
Upon your explicit authorization via Facebook Login, we collect specific data necessary to provide our automation services:
- Profile Information: Username, profile picture, and basic account details.
- Content Data: Comments on your posts and Direct Messages (DMs) sent to you.
- Engagement Metrics: Basic insights such as follower count and post interactions.
We access this data primarily via the official Instagram Graph API and adhere to the Meta Platform Terms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To detect keywords in comments/DMs and trigger automated responses as configured by you.
- Analytics: To provide you with dashboards showing your engagement growth.
- Support: To assist you with technical issues.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
Data Deletion Instructions
Pursuant to Meta Platform policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your data. You can do this by:
- Logging into your InterviewReady account and navigating to Settings > Delete Account.
- Contacting us directly at privacy@interviewready.xyz with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Upon receiving a request, we will permanently delete all Platform Data associated with your account within 30 days.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers like Vercel) solely for the purpose of operating our Service. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
