Data Deletion Instructions
At InterviewReady, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. In compliance with Meta's Platform Policy, you can request the deletion of your data through the following methods.
Method 1: Manual Request
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer:
* Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and send the email from the address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Method 2: Remove via Instagram/Facebook
You can also remove our app's access to your data directly through your Instagram settings. This will stop further data collection.
- Go to your Instagram Profile and tap the menu (☰).
- Select Settings and privacy > Website permissions > Apps and websites.
- Find InterviewReady in the "Active" tab.
- Tap Remove to revoke access.
What data is deleted?
When a deletion request is processed:
- Your account credentials and profile information are permanently removed from our database.
- All automation logs, comment history, and DM triggers associated with your account are deleted.
- Access tokens provided by Facebook/Instagram are invalidated and removed.
